MY PROMISE
I have a genuine joy for helping people over come what they are dealing with from a physical standpoint but also to help them heal from the inside out. I am able to see conditions from many points of view and help my patients learn to take their healing in their own hands with yoga, breath work, mindfulness meditation and mindset training. My sessions are focused on uplifting my patients and empowering them to heal in various aspects of their lives.
About Me
Healing is an inside job
I started my journey with yoga and meditation in high school with my dad, when I was fifteen, but I was exposed even before that around the age of four. When it came time to figure out what I would do with my life, the Eastern Healing Arts and Tai Chi classes caught my eye at the Swedish Institute in New York City. While finishing my massage program in New York City, I met my yoga teacher Dr. Joseph Michael Levry. I studied Naam Yoga, Harmonyum and various Divine Spiritual Wisdom courses with him all over the world.
Around the same time as deciding to continue my eastern studies with Acupuncture, I met my Tea Master, Wu De and went deep into The Way of Tea (Cha Dao). Studying tea ceremony gave me a deeper understanding of the principles of Chinese Medicine. I was so excited to study at Emperor’s College under Dr. Kim who gave me an amazing herbal foundation and I went on to continue studying the Classics of Chinese Medicine with the focus on how Acupuncture can help patients suffering with PTSD. I feel blessed to be grounded in both Eastern and Western medicine as well as Hermetic Philosophy to see the body as whole.
